Online Renewal of a Fictitious Name Registration

Important Notices!

1. Online filing through this program is available for an active fictitious name registration only.
   
   
2. The charter number of the fictitious name is required in order to renew the registration.
   
   
3. The filing fee is $7.00. A credit card is required for online filing.
   
   
4. All owners must be the same on the fictitious name renewal as on the original fictitious name registration, and all owners must sign the online renewal form.
   
   
5. The name of the business or the name/names of the owner/owners may not be changed in this renewal application. If the name of an owner has changed (marriage or divorce for example) please contact the Corporations Division at (866) 223-6535 toll free.
