Thank you for registering to be an eVolunteer for the Missouri Office of Secretary of State. Please read the following terms before proceeding.
The Secretary of State's Office may cancel the User's access without cause at any time. These terms and conditions shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Missouri. The exclusive venue for any cause or dispute related to or arising from user access shall be a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Missouri.
The User must agree to these terms and conditions before continuing.
