Judgement may deem best, and that a

table of contents (or brief index) should be prepared

& accomany the same.

The committee believe that that portion of the

copies to be published, which are required

by resolution to be delivered to the members

of the General Assembly, should be sent to

the [“several” crossed out] clerks offices of the several

counties in which they reside for them,

unless they should direct them to be sent

in some other manner.
