Sir I have heretofore directed you
to report to me of your moove
=ments in your opperations against
the Mormons but you have not done
so or even sent me a line except a pencil
sevaral accidentally found in the
Bar Room of the Tavern at
I know nothing officially of what has been
done and shall therefore moove on to
the prisoners and arms taken from
the Mormons to be brought forthwith
to this place and the prisoners put in

place and guarded also, and you
are also ordered to discharge you
