The defendants Joseph Smith Caleb Baldwin and Lyman Wight
were ordered by the Court in
Jail in Boone for trial and there being no recognizance on
file in my office against the other defendants this Cause
was dismissed after being Continued on the docket for some
time there being no appearance of the defendants.

after having this Cause Continued for some time
