Custody. I do further Certify that the above and
foregoing Contain a list of all the mormons who
were indicted and their Cause removed to Boone
County for trial by a change of venue as appears
from the records of the Boone Circuit Court, and
the crimes for which they were Indicted, and
the dispositions of each of the Causes above
set forth In Witness where of I have
hereto set my hand and affixed the

to Certify from, I am informed that many
of the persons named in the Certificate
escaped at Watsons from the Sheriff

facts but which I have no evidence
of in my records, and I know of
no person except the Sheriff of Daviss
or the clerk of that Court who can
give you any information on the subject
you will See from the Certificate that
I have been at some troble in making
it out, having to make a great many
Searches which I will have to charge
for – and the writing in the Certificate
as it is an unusual one please
have my account [alterred] to send it to
me [ ] And you will much
