Voter Registration

Every person enrolling in the Safe at Home program is given the opportunity to register to vote or update voter registration. If you register to vote during the enrollment process, you will be assigned a voter code. The voter code is printed on your Safe at Home authorization card. Safe at Home will contact your local election authority with notification of the registration and specific instructions for handling the record. The local election authority will not receive the confidential address. Safe at Home voters have the same voting options as all registered voters in Missouri for any election.

If you did not register to vote during the enrollment process, but later choose to register through the program, you must contact the Safe at Home office to help ensure your information is protected.

If you move and need to make any changes to your voter registration, you must contact the Safe at Home office to ensure the information is kept confidential. If you register or change your voter registration with any other agency, your information may not be protected.
