Business Outreach Office
"As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to sort through a lot of bureaucracy and paperwork to get things done with state government. In the Secretary of State's office, my staff and I are committed to streamlining processes, reducing red tape and offering commonsense solutions to help small businesses grow and create more jobs for Missourians." - Secretary of State Jason Kander
This online resource center is managed by the Business Services Division of the Secretary of State's office. It provides convenient and useful information to our customers by helping prospective business owners more easily navigate the process of forming a new business. Additionally, the Business Outreach Office seeks to help current business owners streamline their ongoing communication and reporting requirements with state government. We hope you find these resources useful.
