State Plan Committee
The Help America Vote Act, signed into law by President Bush on October 29, 2002, requires that each state interested in receiving federal funds to improve election services submit a "state plan." This plan is a comprehensive report, which will detail how Missouri will improve its election services and how we will spend any federal dollars received. In order to assist with the development of this plan the State Plan Committee has been created. This advisory committee is comprised of three subcommittees assigned to different sections of the plan: Statewide Database, Equipment and Accessibility, and Training and Education.
