The Governor issued a Writ of Election to fill the vacancy in the office of State Representative, District 157. This vacancy was created by the resignation of Representative Don Ruzicka. Candidates nominated by the political parties or by petition must file their declaration of candidacy with the Secretary of State by 5:00 p.m. on February 24, 2013 for the special election to be held on April 2, 2013.
