The subscription process requires the completion of two web forms. The first
form pertains to personal information and appears as follows.

E-Mail Address
The e-mail address that you enter on this form is the e-mail address where you
will receive e-mail notifications. The password that you enter must be between
6 and 10 characters. The confirm password that you enter must be the same as
the password that you entered.
Rule Selection Criteria
Under the Rule Selection Criteria select the publication for which you wish to
receive e-mail notifications. You have the option of choosing either the
Missouri Register, or Code Updates or both. You will receive e-mail
notifications on rules that appear in the publication(s) that you select.
In the Topic search Keywords box you may enter keywords for subjects that you
are interested in. You will be notified of any rules that are marked with
matching keywords. When you click on the Next button you will navigate to a
page that allows you to select Rule Titles, Divisions, Chapters or Rule Numbers
of interest. In order to receive a notification on a rule, the rule must match
a keyword, if you entered one, and a Title, Division, Chapter, Rule Number
combination that you select. If you do not enter any keywords, you will receive
notification on all rules that match a Title, Division, Chapter, and Rule
Number combination that you select. You may enter up to 5 comma-separated
keywords.
Clicking on the Next button will take you to a web page that looks like the
following.

Selecting a Title, Division, Chapter, Rule Number Combination
To select a Title, Division, Chapter, Rule combination—1) Click on the “Select
A Title” dropdown box, select the Title of interest and then click on the
Select button next to the “Select A Title” dropdown box. To select all Titles
select the All Titles item (If you select this item, you will receive one
notification that includes all rules published in the Register or Code or both;
2) Click on the “All Divisions” dropdown box, select the Division of interest
and then click on the Select button next to the “All Divisions” dropdown box.
You may continue through the “All Chapters” and “All Rules” dropdown boxes in
the same manner. Your selections must be made from top to bottom.
You may add the selection after clicking on any of the Select buttons by
clicking on the Add Selection button. The Finished button may be selected after
clicking on the Add Selection button. Your selections will appear in a box to
the left of the selection boxes in the Current Selections box that looks like
the following.

Deleting a Title, Division, Chapter, Rule Combination
To delete a selection click on the “X” box next to the Title, Division,
Chapter, Rule combination that you wish to delete.
