Non-Missouri resident attending college in Missouri
If you are from another state and are attending college in Missouri you have the option of registering to vote from your Missouri residence, or keeping your registration in your home state and voting by absentee.
If you register from your Missouri residence you will no longer be eligible to vote on issues or candidates from your previous home state.
