This monthly checklist includes monographs, monographic serials, semi-annual and annual serials, and new serials published by the State of Missouri and received at the Missouri State Library during the month of coverage. Job announcements, news releases and other ephemeral materials are not listed. The monthly list is in order by Missouri State documents classification number (MoDoc number).
FORMAT
Each entry in this checklist consists of the following elements when available or applicable:
- MoDoc number;
- title;
- statement of authorship or responsibility;
- OCLC control number;
- persistent identifier in the Missouri State Library Digital Collection; and
- last known location in the agency's web site.
AVAILABILITY
Publications not available online may be borrowed through your local library.
Requests for permanent copies must be directed to the issuing agency. Inclusion of a title on this list does not guarantee that an agency has copies available for general distribution.

Request documents by title, date and series title and number. Please do not request documents from the agencies by MoDoc number, as these may not be meaningful to the agency.
DISTRIBUTION
In January 1977 the State Library began distribution of state publications to designated depository libraries as authorized by 181.100-181.130 RSMo 1986.
In September 2004 the State Library began ensuring long-term public access to digital Missouri State publications by implementing the State Publications Access Program as authorized by 181.100.1.-181.130 RSMo 2004 (HB 1347 Jetton).

January 2000 - November 2004, Missouri State Government Publications is only available as a .pdf file.
OCLC Batch Format
Beginning January 2005, Missouri State Government Publications is available in a comma-delimited text format for easy batch searching by libraries. The OCLC Control Number field has been modified for control number searching with OCLC applications.
