EXECUTIVE ORDER
86-28

WHEREAS, the Martin Luther King, Jr. State Celebration Commission was established by Executive Order 85-19; and

WHEREAS, the members of the Martin Luther King, Jr. State Celebration Commission have recommended that the membership of the Commission be expanded, and it is appropriate that the membership be so expanded.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Order 85-19, so that the Commission shall consist of seven individuals appointed by the Governor. In all other respects, Executive Order 85-19 is reaffirmed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 15th day of December, 1986.
