EXECUTIVE ORDER
NO. 87-08

WHEREAS, the United States Constitution Bicentennial Commission of Missouri was created by Executive Order 85-16; and

WHEREAS, said Executive Order 85-16 will expire January 1, 1988; and

WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the existence of the Commission be extended.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, hereby extend Executive Order 85-16 until July 1, 1988.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 26th day of October, 1987.
