NO. 88-05
WHEREAS, the Governor's Drought and Heat Task Force has recommended unaimously that Executive Order 88-1 be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, do hereby declare and direct as follows;
1. Executive Order 88-1, relating to certain prohibitions against open burning, is terminated immediately.
2. Any Order entered by any County Commission conditioned upon Executive Order 88-1 is hereby revoked.
