NO. 89-01
Executive Order 85-10 is hereby amended by deleting paragraph 4 of the Accceptance of Appointment as Trustee for the City of Times Beach, Missouri as incorporated by reference in Executive Order No. 85-10, and adding a new paragraph 4 to said Acceptance of Appointment as follows:
4. I agree to cooperate with and assist any legal counsel appointed to advise me by the Governor.
