I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of Missouri, do hereby cancel Executive Order 92-01 which provided for the establishment of a Division of Childrens' Services in the Department of Social Services.
