NO. 95-01
WHEREAS, Executive Order 93-19 was issued to address the circumstances arising from the Great Flood of 1993; and
WHEREAS, those Circumstances have ceased to exist;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby rescind Executive Order 93-19 and terminate all authority granted thereunder.
