EXECUTIVE ORDER
95-29

WHEREAS, Executive Order 93-41 was issued to address circumstances arising from the Great Flood of 1993; and

WHEREAS, those circumstances have ceased to exist;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby rescind Executive Order 93-41 and terminate all authority granted thereunder.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 6th day of December, 1995.
