Civil War Speaker Series

Throughout 2011, the Friends of the Missouri State Archives will sponsor monthly programs in recognition of the sesquicentennial of the Civil War.

The series, which is free and open to the public, has been underwritten by the Missouri Humanities Council with the support of the National Endowment for the Humanities. Thanks to these organizations, scholars and authors will visit Jefferson City each month to engage citizens in the study of Missouri’s diverse Civil War heritage. Please join us.
