Kander Announces Outreach Efforts to Missouri Colleges
Jefferson City, Mo. — Secretary of State Jason Kander today announced that representatives from his office will visit various college campuses throughout Missouri next week to provide information about the services the secretary of state’s office provides.
"I want to ensure that all Missourians have easy access to the services of my office," Kander said. "This is an opportunity for college students to visit with my staff before or after their classes and learn how they can take advantage of the resources we provide."
Missouri students who meet with Kander’s staff will be able to obtain information about historic documents and other research materials available through the Missouri State Archives and www.MissouriDigitalHeritage.com, the Safe at Home address confidentiality program, investor protection services and how to register to vote.
Representatives will be available at the following locations:
Longview Community College – Student Union Monday, January 27 11:30–1:30 p.m.
Truman State University – Student Union Tuesday, January 28 10–12 p.m.
Drury University – Findlay Student Center Tuseday, January 28 11–1 p.m.
Lindenwood University – Spellman Center Tuesday, January 28 11–1 p.m.
Moberly Area Community College – Komar Building Tuesday, January 28 2–4 p.m.
Harris-Stowe State University – Bosley Dining Hall Wednesday, January 29 11:30–1:30 p.m.
