The Poll Worker Award for Excellence 2010 Nomination Form

In an effort to honor the many men and women that worked the polls on Election Day, Secretary of State Robin Carnahan is requesting nominations for the Poll Worker Award of Excellence. This award recognizes individuals who exemplify the attributes of a poll worker by carrying out the responsibilities and requirements of the law in a dedicated, fair and courteous manner. Poll workers should be nominated by local election authorities or by their peers who have identified them as someone that goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure fair elections. The nominee may have served as a poll worker for several years or may be a new addition to the Election Day team.
