Affixing Box Labels

After completing (but prior to mailing) the transmittals complete and affix the box labels. Labels are available free-of-charge from the Records Management Office at (573) 751-3202 or e-mail ken.hise@sos.mo.gov.

Affix label to the perpendicular end of the box above and to the right of the handhold. It is important to note that information on the label must correspond exactly with the information recorded on the transmittal. Do not use the space on the label for "Box Number". This space is for Records Center use only.
