Uniform Commercial Code Office

The Uniform Commercial Code Office is the central filing office for the perfection of personal property liens.  These liens are perfected by filing a UCC-1 Financing Statement showing the name and address of the debtor and the secured party along with a description of the collateral.  These financing statements are effective for five years and may be continued for an additional five years.  Information on these filings, either by a listing or copies, is provided to any requesting party.

B2B Filing Services

Secretary of State Carnahan urges frequent and bulk UCC filers to contact the UCC Division about establishing a B2B UCC filing account.

This account will allow for quick filings by creating an interface between your filing program and ours.

Contact us at (866) 223-6535 for more information.
