AARP Magazine: Subjects of interest to senior citizens. (formerly Modern Maturity)
AARP News Bulletin: Legislative news of interest to retired people, health care and costs, and Social Security.
Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine: Suspense, mystery and intrigue by well-known authors; reprints of classic tales; story contests, puzzles, and book reviews.
American History: Contains articles on all phases of American history, but emphasizes personalities and concrete events.
Arthritis Today: The Magazine for Help and Hope.
Audubon: Wildlife news from around the world and articles on contemporary issues related to biodiversity and endangered ecosystems.
Black Enterprise: Focus on African, Caribbean, and African American business enterprises; regular columns on personal finance, reviews of new business technologies, fashion, and style.
Capper’s: Crop reports, recipes, fiction, and articles of general and rural interest.
Choice Magazine Listening: An anthology of unabridged articles, poetry, and fiction from 100 magazines such as the Atlantic Monthly, The New Yorker and Smithsonian; occasionally includes material from other media sources.
Country Woman: Household, farm, and gardening advice, crafts, decorating and recipes.
Cowboys and Indians: Articles on western lore and Native Americans. Also includes listing of rodeos and other events across the United States.
Current Biography: Articles about newsworthy individuals in politics, sciences, arts, labor, and industry; brief obituaries.
Diabetes Self-Management: Current information about diabetes research and patient care.
Family Circle: Articles on home management, fashion, beauty tips, recipes, decorating ideas, and more.
The Family Handyman: A wealth of handy tips and shortcuts to help you get any job done right.
Forbes: Business news such as industry development, company activities, economic trends and investment tips.
Good Old Days: Articles written by older Americans about experiences and memories from their childhood.
Guideposts: Interfaith inspirational stories. (Available in Braille and Cassette)
Harvard Men’s Health Watch: A newsletter providing information for enlightened choices from the Harvard Medical School, interpreting medical information for the general reader in a timely and accurate fashion, specifically on and for men.
Humpty Dumpty’s Magazine: Stories for ages 4-7. Also contains jokes, poems, games and activities.
Kiplinger’s Retirement Report: Advice and trends of interest to retired persons or to those planning for retirement.
Mental Health Law Reporter: This new publication offers breaking news on disability law and policy, with insights on new programs, analysis of court decisions, and updates on funding.
Midwest Living: Contains articles on gardening, history, travel, and recipes. Focus on Midwest lifestyles.
Missouri Resources: Missouri environmental issues.
Missouri Conservationist: Missouri outdoor life and conservation.

The Oprah Magazine: This magazine is the woman’s personal growth guide for the new century. It addresses the tools needed to explore and reach dreams, express individual style, and make choices for a happier and more fulfilling life.
Playboy Magazine: Entertainment for men featuring humor, advice, party jokes, cutting edge fiction, revealing interviews with celebrated personalities, special insights into the world of sports, politics, business, and the arts, tips on fashion, lifestyle, movies, books and music.
Redbook: Topics include fiction, child rearing, family relations, home decoration ideas, fashion and beauty hints.
Reminisce: General interest articles with sentimental reflections on the past.
Saturday Evening Post: General interest magazine containing humor, fiction, and nonfiction articles.
Seventeen: Tailored for women in their late teens and early twenties and highlights information on fitness, food, cars, college, careers, talent, entertainment, fiction and crucial personal and global issues.
