Executive Order 90-4
Gov. John Ashcroft designates the central administrator and information agent for the agreement on detainers, effective April 1, 1990. (Mar. 19)
Executive Order 90-5
Gov. John Ashcroft declares a state of emergency in Kansas City and Jackson County due to flooding and authorizes the Missouri Comprehensive Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Relief Plan be activated. (May 17)
Executive Order 90-6
Gov. John Ashcroft declares a state of emergency in Webster County due to tornadoes and authorizes the Missouri Comprehensive Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Relief Plan be activated. (May 23)
Executive Order 90-7
Gov. John Ashcroft declares executive department public meetings must be accessible to disabled citizens and encourages state agencies to promote equal opportunity for all disabled employees. (June 15)
