EXECUTIVE ORDER
97-04

WHEREAS, in Executive Order 94-12 the expiration date for the Missouri Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health is July 1, 1997; and

WHEREAS, it has been identified and communicated to me that it is necessary to extend the expiration date of the Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive order 94-12 and extend the expiration date to July 1, 2000.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 18th day of March, 1997.
