EXECUTIVE ORDER
98-13

 

WHEREAS, on April 4, 1995, Executive Order 95-10 established the Governor's Council on AIDS; and

WHEREAS, at this time, it is necessary to amend the membership of the Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Order 95-10, regarding the membership of the Council, as follows:

  • a. Add representation from the Departments of Public Safety, Labor and Industrial Relations, Insurance and Economic Development.
  • b. Increase the representation of persons living with HIV/AIDS to five.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 26th day of August, 1998.
