FY2024 State Aid

The FY2024 state aid to public libraries program received an appropriation of $4,504,001. A total of 160 library districts have been certified and qualify for state aid per capita payment this year at a $0.713 per capita rate for a total of $4,012,529.04 total payments. FY2024 Equalization payments amounted to $441,471.96 distributed to 58 county libraries. An additional $50,000 was distributed to 33 municipal libraries through Small Municipal Library payments.
