 How to Become an Application Assistant

• Individuals must attend a training session administered by the Safe at Home program. Sessions are conducted throughout Missouri at no cost. Training provides a comprehensive overview of the program and how to complete enrollment materials with an applicant. All enrollment materials are provided at the trainings.

• After training, all new Application Assistants will receive a registration number and certificate. Application Assistants include their registration number on all enrollment forms for new Safe at Home applicants.

• Registration is valid for two years and may be renewed by completing an online renewal test. Application Assistants are notified prior to their expiration date with instructions regarding renewal.
