Secretary's Council on Library Development
Mission
To advise the Secretary of State and the State Librarian on all matters that relate to the state's libraries and library service to Missouri citizens; to recommend programs to the Secretary of State and the State Librarian; and to communicate the value of libraries to people in the state and to those who are responsible for libraries.
